- i) Disbursement Commission: Agents earn 2% of the disbursed amount.
- ii) Recovery Commission: Agents receive 1.5% of the recovered amount.
- Payout Frequency: Monthly payouts for commissions earned.
- Performance-Based Rewards: Additional payouts may be granted based on outstanding performance.
- Non-Employment Nature: This engagement does not offer additional benefits aside from the commissions (3.i), (3.ii), and (5).
- No Joining Fee: No upfront fee is required to become an agent.
- Additional Terms:
- Responsibilities: Agents are responsible for facilitating disbursements and aiding in the recovery process.
- Performance Standards: Agents must adhere to performance standards set by the organization.
- Ethical Conduct: Agents are expected to maintain ethical conduct and professionalism in all dealings.
- Termination: The organization reserves the right to terminate the agent relationship based on non-compliance or breach of terms.
- Training: Training sessions may be provided for skill enhancement.
